CHEF LOU AARON IS A WONDERFUL FUNDRAISER!

Annual Benefit Fundraiser for
Ministry to the Aged!

What:

A two-hour cooking class with five courses of hearty samples

When:

March 6, 2013 (Thursday)

Where:

King of Glory Lutheran Church
3430 Maple Grove
Boise, ID

Why:

Raise money for our chaplains’ salary fund so that Ministry To The Aged (MTA) can continue to provide quality pastoral care for center residents in Treasure Valley

Cost:

$25 per person
(50% of all proceeds will go to support MTA and 50% to Chef Lou)

Chef Lou Aaron is back by popular demand to donate time for our annual Cooking Class. Please join us for another memorable evening of scrumptious food and hilarious entertainment.

While Chef Aaron prepares a 5-course meal, everything from a yummy appetizer to a delicious dessert – we will watch and learn. Find out how the expert does it! Chef Lou will provide recipes for each of the dishes that he prepares for us to sample. Rest assured, the average person will feel comfortably full by the night’s end – no need to stop on the way home for more food!

Chef Aaron is an amateur comedian, so come prepared to laugh at his jokes. He loves to pass along amusing cooking trivia and worthwhile kitchen tips as he cooks. Lou likes to “quiz” participants about their knowledge of all things “culinary,” too. He generously distributes coupons for food discounts at his Westside Drive-in to the “winners.”

We hope to be able to repeat the fundraiser next year.
